While using our Dollars & Sense Premium College Planning Software ("DAS"), which is a College Funding Solutions, Inc. product, your privacy is important to us.  We recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information you share with us.  To assist you, we provide this Privacy Statement explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information may be collected and/or used.

This Privacy Statement applies to all personal information collected by you and entered through our DAS website.  Personal information is data that reasonably can be used to identify or describe an individual.

DAS uses the personal information you enter to analyze both your clients' current and projected future college funding eligibility; as well as provide step-by-step procedures to assist your client families with the overall navigation of the college planning process.  Please be advised that all college costs and funding eligibility estimates are projections only.  Each school's admission and funding administrators have the final say on all awarded funding.

DAS keeps ALL personal information confidential.  We will not sell, rent or lease ANY information to others who are not directly affiliated with DAS, or College Funding Solutions, Inc.

DAS takes seriously the trust you place in us.  To protect against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration of personal information, DAS employs appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures.

Extensive physical security is designed to prevent unauthorized access to database equipment.  High-level electronic security measures, such as firewalls, access restrictions, and encryption provide protection from hacking and unauthorized access.  DAS limits access to personal information to those persons in the DAS organization, or as agents of DAS, who have a specific business purpose for maintaining and processing personal data.

By using the DAS website, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not disclose any personal information to the DAS website.

If we change this statement, we will post the revised statement here, along with the date of revision.  If we make significant changes to the statement, we may also post a notice on our login page.  Any changes will apply only from date of the revision.  Amended dispute resolution provisions will not apply to any dispute of which the parties had actual notice as of the date of the amendment.
